Another incident happened on Sunday afternoon in Hawaii. The incident occurred on the Big Island, close to Hilo, at a point called Pohoiki Bay. The 16 year old teenager, Jimmy Napeahi, was surfing when he was attacked by a 8ft long shark from behind. Jimmy suffered 30 deep lacerations on both legs. He was reptorted to be in stable condition.
