22-year old Talon Bishop, a British-born woman, was swimming with her friend on Valentine's day near Port Mula in l'Étang Salé, in La Reunion, when she was bitten multiple times. The shark severed a femural artery. According to information offered by the National Gendarmerie (local police), the wounds are consisted with a tiger shark of about 3.5m length.
